From what I can see from your parts it's uneased and stiff, You should move all joints in an realistic way in every frame to fix the stiffness.

admin is right.
you must flow over the movements they are locked
and without easyng or smooth.
try to move all the joints of the stick, I recommend
read the tutorials present in the forum.
