Those are't bad. You should try to not have such long pauses in your animations however, it ruins the flow. You could also accelerate the limbs more (ease).

Pretty nice, man! The only thing I would work on is the feet.
When running across the screen at the end, the orgin seemed to be moving down into the corner. Don't do that unless it was meant to.
Another thing is on the flip. You don't need to ease the flip until you land. Keep the flip at the same speed and distance, and then when the foot touches the ground, ease.
Simple.

I noticed something on your Newest...
At the end, the guy kinda looks like he's floating up. The body was well eased to end it, but the leg ruined it at the end. It wasn't that eased.
Just something you can fix.

Grats on Interz but I did see one flaw with it.
After the second blow to the invisible stick, the feet were a little shakey. That may just be the .gif but yeh=ah.

The run in the beginning was horrible, and the throw looked off.
