1.)Needs more easing
2.)It's shakey in the arms
3.)Very stiff and unrealistic

I'm sure you know how to correct it, just practice.

It is really a Easing test.
The Law of Physics say it needs to go at that speed.
Look at my others too.
They are good.
Look at the Death Joint Start.

Your new one could use a bit more easing, especially in the arms.

You're getting the hang of it, though!

Nope, Dustin is right.

I just didn't say anything about it because I thought you knew and were practicing.

GUESS NOT!

Still work on stiffness, make sure you move every joint in the frame in a direction that is reasonable. Make sure iit's eased too.
I understand; stiffness is a BIG problem to fix, and the hardest, just keep pacticing.

Okay, I'll work on that...You are right, it is hard.
I did a easing and shadow test.
I think the guy jumps and gets taken by aliens or something. I am going to add movements to the guy soon.
Then it will go together. It will test how I can make a smooth and eased and Interz animation if I work hard at it.
